At Vintage China Hire Cornwall, we are confident we can find something special for every occasion to suit your budget.

We have a range of options available including simple china hire packages based on number of settings needed for your event, to price lists for individual items, so you can ‘build your own’ package. You may choose a basic package and decide to add items to embellish it.

In addition to our vintage china hire, we offer other vintage items to make your function that little bit more special.

 

Vintage China Hire Cornwall

From table linen and napkins, to candlesticks and props, we have a large selection of vintage items to compliment your function.

If you cannot see an item on our website or price list, please ask…there’s a very good chance we have it and can provide you with a hire price.

Should you want a hand to set up the vintage items you hire from us, this can be arranged for a small fee.  Remember….we do the washing up for free!

Using Our Services

We are confident at Vintage China Hire Cornwall that we can tailor our services to meet your requirements and as such, offer both a ‘Package Price List’ and a ‘Bespoke Price List’.

If you use our services, you can choose a ‘package’, mix and match or entirely create your own ‘bespoke’ service, where all items are individually priced.

We can also supply other vintage items and linen – just let us know your requirements.

We have a range of ‘basic’ packages for you to choose from to suit your requirements. These can be added to using the individual items price list or you can simply request a quote from us by using the Contact Form with your specific requirements.

Price List

Whilst a price list is indicated above, for your convenience a PDF version is available to download or view here.

If an item does not appear on the list, please ask for a quote – we have too many items to list.

Setting Up

Vintage China Hire Cornwall are happy to help you set up our vintage china and/or accessories for your function for a small cost.  Our setting up fee is £40.

Period of Hire

Our standard terms for hiring items is normally 48 hours, covering three days – delivery the day before your event and collection the day after.

Timings for delivery and collection would be arranged for a mutually convenient time.

Free washing up

We are happy to do the washing up of our items following a function.  The items have age and are not dishwasher proof.  All we ask is that the items have food debris removed, liquid is poured away and that the items are placed in the containers/wrapping as they were delivered to you.

Delivery and Collection

There is a small, additional cost for mileage for the delivery/collection of your items for a function.

Within a 10 mile radius of Illogan, delivery/collection is free of charge. We charge 30 pence per mile over 10 miles.
